This set is based upon the four Enchanted Adamantite items, crafted by Blacksmiths who have attained a high reputation level with The Scryers faction in Shattrath City. Fortunately the pieces are all BoE, but you’ll most likely need to find a smith who was active during the Burning Crusade if you wish to get the full set crafted.
