How to get the set:
The Ornate Saronite Battlegear is an 8-piece set crafted by Blacksmiths. The recipes for the items require either 420 or 425 smithing skill with low material cost, and are all learned from trainers. As such, it is quite easy to craft/find a crafter for this set.

Shoulders – Ornate Saronite Pauldrons (Crafted by Blacksmiths of 420+ skill)
Chest – Ornate Saronite Hauberk (Crafted by Blacksmiths of 425+ skill)
Wrists – Ornate Saronite Bracers (Crafted by Blacksmiths of 420+ skill)
Hands – Ornate Saronite Gauntlets (Crafted by Blacksmiths of 420+ skill)
Waist – Ornate Saronite Waistguard (Crafted by Blacksmiths of 420+ skill)
