The Blue Linen Robe is crafted by tailors of 70+ skill, learned from a vendor purchased recipe. Due to its low level and the accessibility of the pattern, this robe should be very easy to obtain.

Nice! I think it’s also worth noting that if one is looking for a cloth chestpiece to go with the Tushui tabard, the Blue Linen Robe is a great choice — and the Red Linen Robe goes equally well with the Huojin tabard.
