Oversized Ogre Set
Armor Type: Mail
Level Req.: 80 (67 without extras)
Source: Quest rewards/BoE world drops
Availability: Easily obtained, in principle
3D Model: Wowhead Link
How to get the set:
This outfit is comprised of a series of six quest rewards from Outland which are available to both factions. The name we’ve bestowed upon the outfit comes from the featured chestpiece.
The set is in principle very easy to obtain, but there is a down-side. The majority of players will already have completed the quests from which the items are obtained, and there are no alternatives for all pieces. As such, if they don’t have the outfit saved already, they won’t be able to obtain the items again, unless on a pre-TBC character.
We have included two sets of matching extras below, one tailored towards hunters and the second towards enhancement shamans.

Chest – Oversized Ogre Hauberk (Quest reward from The Spirit Polluted in Nagrand)
Wrists – Clefthoof Wristguards (Quest reward from Clefthoof Mastery in Nagrand)
Hands – Windcaller’s Gauntlets (Quest reward from Return to the Marsh in Hellfire Peninsula/Zangarmarsh)
Waist – Cord of the Ring (Quest reward from Murkblood Corrupters in Nagrand)
Legs – Warcaster’s Scaled Leggings (Quest reward from Stopping the Spread (Alliance), and Vile Idolatry (Horde), in Nagrand)
Feet – Greaves of Spellpower (Quest reward from Turning Point in Netherstorm)
Extras (Human):
Shoulders – Azure Shoulderguards (Reward for turning in a Darkmoon Faire Swords Deck)
Back – Ebonhold Cloak (BoE world drop)
Gun – Nesingwary 4000 (BoE crafted by Engineers of 450+ skill)
Extras (Draenei):
Shoulders – Blue Dragonscale Shoulders (BoE crafted by Leatherworkers of 295+ skill)
Right Hand Fist Weapon – Kel’Thuzad’s Reach (BoP drop from Kel’Thuzad in Naxxramas 10)
Left Hand Fist Weapon – The Stray (BoP trash drop from Naxxramas 10)

FYI, If you’re from a low population server like mine (Dark Iron) it may take forever (and be ridiculously expensive) to acquire an Ebonhold Cloak. Thanks to Wowhead, you can find a Devilshark Cape that drops from Warlord Kalithresh from Normal Steamvaults. It has the exact same color and model with a 17% chance to drop.
Too bad I did the quest years ago and sold the trousers
. There isn’t really an alternative to it, or is it?
There are gold and purple recolours, but I’m afraid those are the only blue versions of that particular leg model.
For most situations, Kel’Thuzad’s Reach would be used in both slots, as it is a one-hand item and most usable fist weapons are all one-handed. So there is no need to get The Stray. Just a heads up
That’s true enough, but our point in listing both was to illustrate that they are two fist weapons with the same model.
