How to get the set:

Trickster’s items are BoE drops from creatures in the late level 30 and early 40 bracket, all over Azeroth.

A couple of Trickster’s items were left out of this article for aesthetic reasons, most specifically the shoulders which are a distinctly different shade of blue to the rest of the set. You can view the missing pieces here.
