How to get the set:
The Councillor’s Robes drop from creatures of around levels 55 to 60 in Azeroth.
We’ve included a handful of extras to accompany the robe, the majority of which are BoE drops.
None of the pieces should be overly difficult to obtain, but it will likely require extensive Auction House scanning to find them all.
