How to get the set:
This outfit is based around the Beastwalker Robe, once a BoE drop from Nefaru in Duskwood. Even though the robe remains on Nefaru’s loot table on Wowhead, it appears the robe has not dropped since the NPC was remodelled in Cataclysm. As such, this robe is extremely rare and only occasionally shows up worldwide, according to The Undermine Journal.
