How to get the set:
Bandit items are BoE world drops from Azerothian creatures within the 15-25 level range, most notably from rare spawns. However, due to the low drop rates you may have more luck finding the items on the Auction House that attempting to farm them for yourself.

Shoulders – Demonic Runed Spaulders (BoP drop from Shadow Hunter Vosh’gajin in Lower Blackrock Spire, at a 22% drop rate)
Dual Wield One-Handed Axes – Glutton’s Cleaver (BoP drop from Glutton in Razorfen Downs, at a 45% drop rate)
Alternative Weapon:
Dual Wield One-Handed Axes – Abomination Cleaver (BoE drop from Dr. Whitherlimb, a rare-spawn in Ghostlands, at a 31% drop rate)

Any cape that should be looking badass on this 1?
If you are playing on horde you can have daggers looking the same as the axe. Pretty good for assassination and subtlety specs

A shoulder piece that goes well with this set is http://www.wowhead.com/item=54933. It makes it match a bit more if you change your character’s hair color to dark brown.
Exceptional shoulder mog choice, I had put this together a few months back but was going with one of the quest monions (single shoulder pad). Also nice research on the axe-looking dagger, I had intended to do that myself but opted in the end to go with a barbarian look for my rogue.
