How to get the set:
The five items comprising the item level 384 Tier 13 warlock Vestments of the Faceless Shroud set are purchased using tokens which drop from the Raid Finder mode of the Dragon Soul raid instance. There is no perfectly matching belt for this set, but we have a filler suggestion listed in the ‘Extras’ section below. On the other hand, there are matching boots and bracers.
The following list highlights the source of each item piece, all of which can be purchased from Jamus’Vaz for members of the Horde, and Faldren Tillsdale for the Alliance.
Head – Purchased with Crown of the Corrupted Conqueror, a BoP drop from Warmaster Blackhorn in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul
Shoulders – Purchased with Shoulders of the Corrupted Conqueror, a BoP drop from Hagara the Stormbinder in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul
Chest – Purchased with Chest of the Corrupted Conqueror, a BoP drop from Ultraxion in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul
Gloves – Purchased with Gauntlets of the Corrupted Conqueror, a BoP drop from Warlord Zon’ozz in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul
Legs – Purchased with Leggings of the Corrupted Conqueror, a BoP drop from Yor-sahj the Unsleeping in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul
Note that the tier tokens also have a small chance to drop from any of the first 6 encounters in LFR mode.

The following items are a perfect match for the set:
Wrists – Bracers of the Banished (BoP drop from Hagara the Stormbinder in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul)
Feet – Janglespur Jackboots (BoP drop from Hagara the Stormbinder in Raid Finder mode Dragon Soul)
The following item is not a perfect match in colouration, but the model is accurate:
Waist – Tentacular Belt (BoP vendor purchase at the cost of 1650 Valor Points)

Actually there is a raid finder version of the Tentacular Belt that matches the Raid Finder tier found here: http://www.wowhead.com/item=78639
And there are a pair of bracers that match too, also from the Raid Finder: http://www.wowhead.com/item=78425
The belt exists in the database, but not ingame, as far as I know. There are no raid finder versions of vendor purchases and it’s not on any of the Dragon Soul loot tables. You are correct about the bracers though, I’ve added those to the article. Thanks for the addition!
