For a mace and shield with this, I use

I used the Spaulders of the Righteous with this in Cata, since on a human female the tier shoulders looked like a wall surrounding her head.

In MoP, I’m using the Raid Finder version of Mantle of Winged Triumph; the blue wing effect on the Mantle sorta matches the highlights, along with my Platinum Shield of the Valorous, Azuresong Mageblade, and Mechanized Snow Goggles (I seem to keep defaulting to these 3 items this expac).

The downside is, the tier and its lookalikes are only available in blue in Raid Finder Siege of Orgrimmar at lvl 90, so grab them while you can, and hang onto them.

Anyone know a good Two-Handed sword and one-handed mace that look good with the set?

I found an axe that doesn’t look too bad with this set. Although, I must admit that it is difficult to find a tanking axe. I really do like the look of this set.

And I know that the picture on the page shows the axe as green. It’s not like that in-game. Must be an enchant or something.

I just helped a pally friend of mine in putting this set and all the peripherals together and I thought I would share my findings.

In the first column is the tier with what I think is the best look of shield, cloak, and mace.

The hardest things to get (besides the tier) are the shield and the mace. You can use the Devout Aurastone Hammer for the mace until you get the other one, and it matches well with this look and is easy to get. As for the shield.. there really is no easy one to get that is compatible in looks. Sorry.

I hope this helps someone and saves them some research time. Let me know what you guys think!

Is there a good shield that matches this set? The Deathwing shield (Blackhorn) does not, and the timepiece seems too bulky
