How to get the set:
Light Chain items may be purchased from a number of vendors scattered throughout low-level Horde zones and cities.

The whole set costs less than 40 silver and is as such very easy to get your hands on – if you’re a member of the Horde. Alliance members will have to find a means to transfer the items via the cross-faction Auction Houses, with the assistance of a friend or second account.
