How to get the set:
This outfit is a copy of the item level 277 shaman Tier 10 sets, the Sanctified Frost Witch’s Battlegear/Garb/Regalia, and is specifically obtained from within Heroic Icecrown25.

Note that the set does not have matching legs which are not class-specific to shamans. If however you are a shaman, the matching tier piece is listed at the bottom of this article.

It is advisable to pursue this set as part of a raid, as Icecrown25 can still be very challenging at 85.
