How to get the set:
The recolour of the Mage T5 set, the Tirisfal Regalia, is comprised of eight items distributed between Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep: The Eye. Six of the items are straight-forward boss drops, which means you only get one shot at each item per week.

The mantle and belt are trash drops, which may also take a considerable time to farm, but you can at least soft-reset the instance to kill the trash multiple times if pursuing either piece, assuming you’ve not cleared the bosses. It is advisable to pursue this set as part of a small group or raid, even if you are maximum level, as some of the encounters from which the items drop are either extremely difficult or impossible to solo.

Head – Cowl of the Grand Engineer (BoP from Void Reaver in The Eye)
Shoulders – Mantle of the Elven Kings (BoP drop from any trash mob within The Eye)
Chest – Vestments of the Sea-Witch (BoP from Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern)
Wrists – Mindstorm Wristbands (BoP from Al’ar in The Eye)
Gloves – Gauntlets of the Sun King (BoP from Kael’thas Sunstrider in The Eye)
Waist – Fire-Cord of the Magus (BoP drop from any trash mob within The Eye)
Legs – Trousers of the Astromancer (BoP from High Astromancer Solarian in The Eye)
Feet – Boots of Blasting (BoP crafted by tailors of 375+ skill with Pattern: Boots of Blasting, a zone drop from within Serpentshrine Cavern)

Alternatively, if you are not a tailor, the following boots also match quite well:
Feet – Velvet Boots of the Guardian (BoP from The Lurker Below in Serpentshrine Cavern)
