How to get the set:
There are two sets of items in-game sharing this ethereal look. The Ghostwalker set drops as a series of BoE items from random creatures between levels 30 and 37, whereas Boneshredder items are from Outland.
As drop chances are low from both of these sources, the Auction House is the best place for you to search.
Ghostwalker:
Shoulders – Ghostwalker Pads

Wrists – Ghostwalker Bindings

Waist – Ghostwalker Belt

Currently using this set on my druid. I tossed a White Swashbuckler’s Shirt under the chest armor to cover his arms.

Very natural looking and continued that theme with this particular armor set.
The Icier Barbed Spear has bit of ‘fur’ on it. Using it on my transmog with this set.
Note on this armor, Boneshredder is cuffed armor while the above is not. There is a slightly more raggedy look to Boneshredder. Wowhead lists them as the same armor set but the variation can leave you with some options.
[Mask of the Unforgiven] possible helm match for it but is obtained through a quest
Add Ghostshroud from BRD and this set looks pretty good.
yeah..looking at this gear..that helm would fit pretty nice
A very similar set is the Snowhide vendor set sold by Tewah Chillmane the Taunka in Taunka’le Village. There seem to be some minor differences and there aren’t any shoulders but it’s a pretty cheap set for wintry fun.

A very similar look can be obtained using the Boneshredder armor (level 60-ish, and includes a… not-so-awesome hat).
