How to get the set:

Steadfast items are random world drops from creatures of levels 34 to 45. A couple of pieces apparently have higher drop rates within instances, but not significantly enough to say anything other than: check the Auction House for this set, it’s the best way to find these armor pieces!

Head – Steadfast Coronet
Chest – Steadfast Breastplate
Wrists – Steadfast Bracelets
Gloves – Steadfast Gloves
Waist – Steadfast Girdle
Legs – Steadfast Legplates
Feet – Steadfast Stompers

Extras:

Shoulders – Mantle of the Sea Wolf (BoP drop from Tavarok in heroic Mana-Tombs, at a 15% rate)
Dual-Wield One-Handed Axes – The Harvester of Souls (BoP drop from Exarch Maladaar in heroic Auchenai Crypts, at a 15% rate)
