Aurora Robe

Aurora Robe

Armor Type: Cloth - Uncommon
Level Req.: 36 for the robe, 80 with extras
Source: BoE World Drop
Availability: Very low drop chance, Auction House is the best bet

How to get the set:

The Aurora Robe is a BoE world drop from creatures between 37-42. The best option for finding this item is regularly browsing your local Auction House, as farming random creatures is not likely to turn up much success unless you plan on investing a few weeks.

For extras, we’ve included a few of the other Aurora items, as well as a couple of easily obtained tailoring items. The dagger is considerably harder to obtain than the rest of the outfit.

you can get this robe for yourself with this:
Ironforge quest, available to all Alliance: Airfield Defender’s Garb
Thunderbluff quest, Tauren only: Waterbearer’s Robes.

Shivery Handwraps are good for this too, they don’t block the sleeves, are a light grey color and show your fingers. http://www.wowhead.com/item=18693#comments

http://www.wowhead.com/item=57579 (Airfield Defender’s Garb) is the same model robe as the Aurora Robe. The low level quest chain was added in Cataclysm and starts in Dun Morogh (very quick, easy, & fun!).

I personally added to this robe by making this set: http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items=57579%3A4041%3A4729%3A65482* (*Click on the tiny down arrow above the robe, and select “View in 3D” to see the full outfit equipped.) :)

An Aurora-Look-alike is a reward for several starting quests. I can confirm the dwarven and human quests as potential sources.
