How to get the set:
This article feature two robes which have an identical colouration, but have slight difference between their models.
The Vicar’s Robe drops from Death’s Head Priests, level 25 elites inside Razorfen Kraul. Considering that there are only a handful of priests in Razorfen, and the drop rate is listed as approximately a 1.5%, you could be farming a long time to get your hands on this item.
The difference between the two items is that the Greater Adept’s has full-length sleeves (as displayed on the pictures in this article), whereas the Vicar’s has no sleeves at all. if you wish to mimic the sleeve effect when wearing the Vicar’s Robe, you could consider wearing a Bright Yellow Shirt.
