How to get the set:

Two robes share the look depicted in this article, the Arcane Robe, a BoE world drop, and the Garb of Royal Ascension, a trash drop from the Temple of Ahn’Qiraj.

There is a very slight difference between the robes, with the Garb having slightly more flared sleeves around the cuffs. Aside from that they are identical.

    I find that the Netherweave Belt is much easier to obtain and looks just like the suggested Master’s Belt.

    I really like the Darkcloth Shoulders with this for something a bit more subtle on female characters. For priests the Cowl of Absolution/Vengeful Gladiator’s Mooncloth Hood works well because it’s similar enough in color. If you use the Splintering Greatstaff to tie it all in, the Mistscape Cloak can bring out the blue pieces in the front too.
