How to get the set:

This outfit is a non-class-specific visual copy of the item level 502 Priest T15 sets, the Regalia/Vestments of the Exorcist. The pieces are mostly obtained as boss drops from Raid Finder mode Throne of Thunder.

Note that due to LFR loot restrictions, this outfit will only ever be available to Priests, even though the individual pieces are not class specific. Mages and Warlocks do not use spirit as a secondary stat, so they will likely never be assigned these items with LFR auto-loot.
